Return & Refund Policy

Fitnessflushing Ltd wants you to be satisfied with your Zoryn purchase. This policy sets out your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

1. Your right to cancel - 14 calendar days

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. You do not need to give a reason.

2. Condition of returned goods

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Please note: for hygiene and consumer health protection reasons, Zoryn capsules that have been removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is genuinely faulty or not as described. This is consistent with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(3)).

3. How to start a return

  1. Contact us by email at info@fitnessflushing.world or by phone on +44 20 3947 8812 within 14 days of receipt.
  2. We will send you return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to us. Retain proof of postage.

4. Return postage costs

Unless the product is faulty or not as described, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

5. Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. As all sales are pay-on-delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account you provide. We will contact you to arrange this.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before it is dispatched - during the confirmation call, or by contacting us directly by phone or email. There is no penalty and no paperwork required.

7. Refusing delivery

If you choose not to accept the parcel when the courier arrives, your order will be cancelled and no charge will be applied. This is always an option as we operate on a pay-on-delivery basis.

8. Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
