Hand over payment when you receive your Zoryn. Cash or card - both accepted.
Cards accepted
Visa and Mastercard accepted on delivery. Courier carries a card reader.
No online payment
You never need to enter card details on our website. Nothing is charged upfront.
Confirmation first
We always call to confirm before dispatch. If you decide not to proceed, simply say so - no charge.
Returns & refusals
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unopened pack. For hygiene reasons, opened supplement packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you are not in when the courier arrives, they will leave a card with redelivery options. If you decide not to accept the parcel, the order will be cancelled at no charge to you.
